A beautiful golf course full of history. The layout leaves no stone unturned because of all the obstacles ideally placed along the course. Not to mention the greens! What a pleasure to play on such beautiful greens! The slopes are very marked and vicious on this course. There are no easy putts. The greenkeepers do a great job, especially keeping them safe from bad weather (and players who don’t repair their pitches 😔).
Beware of the grass grain direction which has a real impact on putting.
